Chinese liquor brand Moutai has launched its first baijiu-infused ice cream, with an eye to attracting younger customers through its new offering. Known as China’s ‘national liquor”, Moutai is a style of baijiu, a type of distilled spirit. The company opened its first ice cream store in Beijing in late August 2022, but the store failed to draw the long queues it had expected. The Post asked some customers what they thought about baijiu-infused ice cream.
