You don't always need your Starbucks card to indulge in your favourite hot beverage. We have selected these trio of whiskies from India and Ireland that are sweet, fragrant, milky, full of depth and very gently spicy.
Nosing these whiskies provide uplifting aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg and tea leaves as they simmer in milk. Tasting them comes close to taking a hot sip of a rich and gently spicy Chai Latte.
We start with Rampur, a full-flavoured northern India single malt, before moving on to a sweet and velvety Redbreast, and finally a very special Jameson that is full of depth but effortless to drink.
