This Mars Komatagake Limited Edition expression features the backdrop of the distillery's new distillation site on the label to commemorate the completion of its reconstruction project. The whisky had been aged in both Sherry casks and American white oak casks. The head distiller finds notes of prune, honey and vanilla on the nose and sweet orange on the palate, accompanied by developing cocoa powder. The finish is long, gentle, and sweet.
