The Tiki Lovers Pineapple Rum is a blended and flavoured rum created by the folks behind The Bitter Truth cocktail bitters. This bottle takes its inspiration from way back when Caribbean distillers would macerate pineapples in sugar cane spirit, imparting a fruity dimension to their rum. Pineapples are harvested from South America, which are then pressed and infused into the rum. The spirit is a mix of aged & unaged Jamaican pot still rum from some big names: Hampden Estate and Worthy Park, alongside three-year-old Barbados rum from Foursquare aged in bourbon barrels, and finally some young column still rums from both Trinidad and Guyana. What a lively Pan-Caribbean blend!
