Flavour Profile: Rich and Round

This limited edition expression from Glenmorangie aims to capture the joy of a slice of cake in liquid form. On the nose: aromas from the constituent elements of cake with butter, vanilla, orange peel, golden syrup, topped with clotted cream for cake icing. On the palate: delightfully sweet but not overwhelmingly sugary. Clean with medium-rich texture with honey, pineapples and a distinctive note of orange cake. Touch of heat with light ginger spice. The finish: long with fading dark chocolate and orange marmalade.
