Taking inspiration from the integration of spices in our local dishes, Niang Brewery's farmhouse style Saison is delectable, with its champagne-like dry crisp & long complex finish of banana & white grapes, coupled with hints of spicy aromatic black pepper, ginger, coriander seeds & bitter orange peel.
To cool off in our humid climate, try their tasty saison with a wide range of seafood, including Kam Heong lala (cockles), claypot curry fish head, or even burnt cheesecake and lemon tart!
