Roses are red, Pandans are green, we couldn’t get enough of their Coconut Pandan Gin. No one celebrates Singaporean flavours quite as well as Singapore Distillery, with a multitude of creations that reflect classic local confection. One evokes the creaminess of coconut milk and pandan. Another, an ode to Malay rose syrup (Bandung).

The Singapore Sling Gin is created with all the basic elements of the Singapore Sling as a homage to the eponymous cocktail.
Amongst the list of ingredients are oranges to represent the orange liqueur, cherries for the cherry brandy, angelica root to reflect Bénédictine herbal liqueur, and pineapple and lime fruits for their juices.
Bright, sweet and very fruity, smooth texture with its fresh pineapple notes pairing well with the bold botanicals. Shake this with some ice and tonic water and we come pretty close to the cocktail first developed by the Raffles Hotel bar.
