We aren't told which distillery this came from, but we have a hunch that it is the sister distillery of the legendary Brora. Our clues? We know this is from the Highlands. We also know it has the most unusual note and texture of candle wax, complimented by oranges, grass, fruits and black pepper. You'll immediately see what we're talking about the moment you taste it. Go on, you know you want one.
Nose: Reticent at first, with oak, malt and hints of wax. Oranges, cinnamon and saline hints present themselves thereafter.
Palate: Oranges, malt, wax, sea salt, oak, white wine, cinnamon and white pepper.
Finish: Medium to long finish with oranges, wax, malt, cinnamon and drying oak.
