Winter Sour - 4.2% From @tp_craftbrewing - 라이트한 펑키 향이 느껴집니다. 입맛에는 약간 더 강하게 다가옵니다. 오미자와 와일드 효모가 약간의 부드러운 레몬과 펑키 맛을 만들어냈나봅니다. 태평에서 나온 첫 맥주로는 꽤 좋았어요. 그들의 두 번째 맥주가 더 맘에 들었습니다. 더욱 더 좋아지길 바라며 응원합니다. 노트: 시큼한, 펑키, 신선한, 레몬, 그리고 비등성. - Light funk on the nose. A tad stronger on the tongue. The omjia and wild yeast must have created a little soft lemon and funk taste. A good first beer from Taepyung. I liked their second beer even better. I hope they continue to get better and better. Notes: sour, funky, refreshing, lemony, and effervescent.
