A Little Respect | Brewlander
Coffee Porter | ABV 5.8%

A second Brewlander beer in the row today, but this time all for my dad. We covered 4km (forced him to come along) for our night walk with various (deathly) steep elevations and all he wanted to be rewarded with when he reached home was a beer.

His unfiltered review:
"A bit of chocolatey aroma, a bit of 𝘬𝘢𝘮 𝘬𝘢𝘮 (tangy) bitter aftertaste, light chocolate & coffee lor, got a bit of light vanilla creaminess, like whipped cream lor. Like Erdinger Dunkel, dark but still refreshing.

This is so much better than all the imperial sweet stouts you give me, all so sweet with the 𝘨𝘶𝘢𝘪 𝘨𝘶𝘢𝘪 (weird) ingredients you don't put in a stout - your peanut butter, your five spice, all those things la, ew!"

Ay you heard the man, no need for my opinion here but I still stand lovingly beside all my other stouts, sweet or barrel-aged! 😂
