Barrel Aged Imperial Stout | ABV 14.3%

I won't drink this chilled, I rather drink this closer to room temperature. The first few notes I get out of this stout straight from the fridge is - umami, soy sauce and a lot of plum. But when you leave it to warm up, you start to get less of the umami and soy sauce and dark chocolate & cocoa grows. A delicious sipping stout.

I should try this while bathing under the moon, like literally. I'll be cleansed and re-charged.
