Other than the nightmare of the unicorn lassi gose, biancas just continue to blow me away everytime. This time, it's not the unique mixture of flavours that gets me, its the bold simplicity of the beer that is so damn good. Nothing but blueberries in this one. Smells of blueberry, taste of rich rich rich blueberries, finishes in a lingering tartness. ...and that's it, it smells, tastes, and feels dam fantastic. Nothing much to complain about. The tartness and sweetness is balanced, texture is so rounded and world class, carbonation is just right.

Nothing much to complain about, just a damn good pastry dessert to finish off a day in Amsterdam.
