Apricots don’t just go well in fruited goses (I’m looking adoringly at you, LHG Early to the Party), they’re good in West Coast DIPAs too!

Their addition has proven to be an inspired choice, imparting a rustic character to a tropical-leaning hop bill.

Word of caution: this drinks frighteningly easy despite the 70 IBUs, so watch yourself.
