Mindblowing every damn time. This time, a cyser instead of the usual melomels. On the pour, thick, viscous and oily. As usual, it coats your glass as it swirls and there are legs for days. On the nose is rich, fragrant cinnamon, sweet honey and all the goodness of apple cider vinegar without the nose-hair singeing. I forgot how much I loved Marlobobo until I drank this again, flavours just engulfs your entire mouth - cinnamon, baked apples, plums and vanilla. Mildly boozy and there are some tannins that pucker your mouth just right. Sweetness and tartness is so well balanced with some spice. Texture is smooth and well rounded. Finish in lingering baked apples and cinnamon.
