Untappd ratings are a travesty for this coconut bomb of a stout. Layers and layers of coconut, specifically dried coconut flakes. subtle banana, almost banana cream-ish, is present on the nose but not so much on the taste. Full, creamy mouthfeel filled with heaps of coconut and notes of barrels alongside the chocolate. Almost like drinking a chocolate coconut milk with some heat. Finish is dominated by coconuts and vanilla. Visually, the beer is filled with sediments, giving it a milk-like appearance and leaves residues on your glass. Was hoping for more bananas but for someone who has always struggled with tasting coconuts, this was right up my alley.
