Hazy Pale, Pale Ale, Running With Thieves

Hazy Pale | Running With Thieves
Hazy Pale Ale | ABV 5.6%

Pours a cloudy straw colour, with a familiar sticky aroma of candied green papayas, then the resinous bitterness comes out with a delayed and intense zesty grapefruit rind - no sweet tropical fruitiness at all! Lingering grassy and piney finish - not my favourite but anyway, this one's for my father!

Featured Hops: Citra, Amarillo, Ella & Azacca

His unfiltered review:
"THIS IS A REAL BEER ⚡ it's just pure hops, real bitterness, I love it! Unlike you and your weird beers (starts referencing the Chinese idiom; 畫蛇添足 // literally means 𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘢 𝘴𝘯𝘢𝘬𝘦 which also means ruining something by adding unnecessary things) a beer with fruits and hops so balanced and nice already but when y'all over-experiment, the beers become so weird (exhibit A: my smoothie-style sours)."

This time, my taste buds ain't buddying with the hops. I'm not a big fan but my 老豆 loves it.
