I love all citrus fruits, though none can beat yuzu. If you don't know what to expect, the closest thing to yuzu is pomelo; different from the sharp tang of the orange, yuzu is a very subtle, mellow and rounded flavour. .
This one is a masterpiece brewed by Rye and Yeastie Boys in collaboration. It's a good mix of several citrus fruits, and somehow they burst in your mouth in layers - first is mandarin, then lemon and when it gets less chilled, that's when you start tasting the yuzu. Well balanced in sourness and sweetness with a salted finish. Love it, love it, love it!!!
