The WCIPA side of Dry and Bitter’s latest Versus series. Had this the same night as the NEIPA side, and this is the better of the two. What was most interesting was how the different yeasts interacted with the dry hop bill to produce such different flavours! West of the Moon comes across much more citrus forward than its tropical NEIPA counterpart.

Compared to Westward from Dry & Bitter’s previous Versus series, this is also the better West Coast-style IPA for actually having a bitter finish.
