It was time to crack open the Garden Shed Gin this evening. Founded by a team of four (one of whom hails from Malaysia!), this gin has 13 botanicals. I am a huge fan of anything lavender so this, along with fresh blackberries, dandelion root and chamomile are some of the few amazing botanicals that are in this gin!
I have to say that this intricately designed label with the illustrations of the botanicals on the front makes this bottle so attractive and inviting!
On the nose, there’s a burst of floral scents possibly from the blackberries. To taste, it has earthy and fruity undertones. As the flavour profiles are very subtle in this gin, I paired it with soda to fully appreciate the gin.
