We have had this one for quite a while but for some reason held back from opening it. Just something about it.

A gin that’s meant to truly represent Galicia, Spain, this 5 times distilled gin is quite a wonder! This gin serves up warm and has earthy juniper on the nose and a little spice. On the palate, i think the juniper is mellow but a citrus sweetness comes through from it’s candied ginger and chamomile. Finished smoothly and aromatically. Absolutely well balanced!

I garnished with a slice of ginger and orange peel. On hindsight, balancing the botanicals, I think cardamom would have complemented this gin very well.
