It’s always exciting when you walk into a joint with an interior depicting an explosion of colour and comfort, and the quaint feature cabinet has some of your favourite juniper spirits standing tall. Sing, the mixologist, pulled this out and proudly explained how this bottle resembles everything Thai. It has safflower and ginger root on top of sugarcane, so it’s sweet on taste and earthy on nose. Loved the local flavours coming through!
