Juno, the Roman Goddess! Dave and Jo, partners in business and life and true scientists, followed their heart and started their distillery, Begin Distilling, near Mount Taranaki. All botanicals are hand selected by local horticulturists. This is their signature gin. Featuring NZ kaffir lime, coriander seeds, Angelica root, orris root, juniper, cassia bark and black peppercorn, this is well balanced. The taste of juniper comes first, and then very quickly clear citrus notes blend in, with a lingering peppery finish. A delightful one!
