I finally have it!! And I have been ooh-ing and aah-ing over the design and feel of this ceramic craftsmanship! Just takes the aesthetics of a bottle to a whole new level!
I know it’s a small batch. I know it’s made with love. But I don’t know the plethora of botanicals in it as that remains a family secret. And so the guessing game begins….
Popped open the brass coloured stopper and strong scents of juniper come rushing through! I sense there is coriander and ginger. Cinnamon seems to be present and there’s a strong hint of citrus too! It has a great balance of flavours with herbs and citrus. Love how it has a long spicy finish.
Enjoyed it with a bubbly soda which allows those beautiful notes and balance in the gin to remain intact.
