Thank you @the_rum_cartel for introducing me to one of the most unique Rhum Agricoles I’ve tasted - La Favorite’s 1984 Cuvée Speciale de la Flibuste Hors d’age.

The nose and palate is something I’ve yet to find in other rhums, lots of chocolates, hazelnut pralines, creme brûlée, vanilla, and soft oak!
