A very interesting bottle of Fair Drinks' Jamaican rum, a 5-year-old Worthy Park Estate rum aged in American oak barrels and bottled in the Cognac region of France!

On the nose, the rum is very fruity and sweet, with bananas, oak, slightly leathery, malt, and peanuts.
Palate-wise is where the rum becomes really funky! It starts sweet with tropical fruits. The middle palate then becomes dry, almost musty and mouldy-like, and some salty brine. The finish is where the rum really shines. It’s short but excellent, with notes of marshmallows, vanilla essence, and slight spice to end!
