Overall - One of my wife’s favorite 🍶 apart from the Dassai 45 寒造早槽. Guess it’s because of the floral aroma which makes Dassai stands out and widely accepted by Ladies and first timers. First 👃 is full of 🍌 and snow 🍐 aroma making one feel that it should be a medium sweet 🍶. First taste and the sweetness is just right at medium dry. The light taste and light body makes it easy to pair with most food or strong flavor food like curry. Hence I decided to boldly pair it with Laksa. Savoring laksa while drinking this 🍶, I felt it really compliment the rich taste and texture of the laksa due to the light taste of this 🍶. In my opinion, it enhances the favour of the laksa by acting as a solvent to further increases the aroma of the coconut curry gravy and making me salivate more. Overall this is a very good 🍶 and highly recommended for first timers.
