Notes - This is a limited edition 🍶 which is bottled immediately after pressing and stored in the Yukimuro for 7 months before releasing to the market. Full and robust in the mouth with layers of complex aroma. Medium acidity and finishing off with a slight bitter aftertaste. Some says that there is a taste of unblended whisky combined with gorgeous ginjo aroma but I felt that it has more of a cask whisky aroma with some smokiness. Although with an alcohol of 19%, you would hardly feel that due to the unique taste of aging in ❄️.

Tried this at the Hakkaisan Sennen Koujiya located at Nihonbashi and it goes really well with the cream 🧀 pickled in Hakkaisan sake lees and miso. Really brings up the umaminess to another level. I have to admit, Hakkaisan yukimuro technique often surprises me.

Overall, this is an excellent 🍶. Never seen it in 🇸🇬, and will highly recommend trying if you are traveling to 🇯🇵.
