Kamoshibito Kuheiji Camargue Sake
Kamoshibito Kuheji Camargue.
Manobi rice from the land of flamingo in Camarque, the only rice producing area in France to Japan. Must understand the rice very well in order to use it in sake making.
It's not so flashy, but it has a soft, gentle sweetness, freshness, and a transparent finish with a high degree of perfection. I would like you to drink it cold. Worth for a try.
