Overall - Have always felt that the name “一滴入魂” is so cool which literally means one drop of the 🍶 will penetrate into the soul. Finally had a chance to try a bottle of this while dining at a steam seafood restaurant. First 👃 of the 🍶 and it’s full of earthy, 🍄 aroma which complement the medium umami that comes along with it when I first sip it. But as it trickle down my throat, I can feel a hint of fresh fruit. Being medium dry coupled with a medium body, it makes the 🍶 a well balanced one and easily paired with the steamed seafood that I’m eating and at the same time not overpowering the sweetness that I got from the 🐚 fish and 🍤. As the 🍶 is of medium umami, it kind of compliment the bland and simple taste of the steamed seafood by adding another level of umaminess to it. Overall, this is a good 🍶 especially when pairing it with 🦀🐙🦞🦐🍤🦪
