Notes - I have always been fascinated with 🍶 brewed in Nara as after all Nara is said to be the birth place of 🍶. Finally I have gotten my hands on a Mimurosugi which I have been longing to try. At Imanishi Syuzou, they believed that the main purpose of the preparation process is to prepare the 🌾 without contaminating it and hence they prepare all the 🌾 by hand regardless of how much time it takes.

This particular 🍶 is dedicated to the God of sake brewing, Takahashi Kuhinomikoto, who appears in the Nihon Shoki as the oldest brewer in existence and is currently enshrined at Katsunichi Shrine in Miwa. Light and delicate in the mouth with lots of ginjo zukuri aroma bursting within. Smooth and silky with every sip that one can expect from a 35% polishing of Yamadanishiki 🌾 and ending with a slight bitterness that helps to erase the slightly sweet aftertaste.

In order not to destroy such a delicate and silky profile, it was paired with 🍣 and fresh sashimi to savor the very best that this 🍶 can offer. This 🍶 is also super easy to drink and easy to finish once it is opened.
