Notes - This is a seasonal bottle of Chokarakuchi Junmai. Clean and dry in the mouth with cream 🧀 aroma and hints of Asian spice. High acidity and sharpness with some spicy sensation and coupled with a long finish.

I’ll pair this 🍶 with spicy food or Thai food due to the dryness of the 🍶 which will help to reset the palate and lessen the spicy sensation after each mouthful. I think this is important so that each mouthful of the food will feel like the sensation from the first bite of the food. Highly recommended for people who enjoys 🍶 on the drier side.

Overall, a good and simple sake from Mutsu Hassan that is great to enjoy during summer or in 🇸🇬 where the weather is hot throughout the year. 🥵 🥵 🥵
