Last weekend we had the People’s Choice Event in Singapore and this is the winning sake. Congratulations to @nanbubijin_sake! A beautiful, balanced sake. The sweetness balances out the acidity in this.

Fun fact - this is the first Sake to be certified Vegan and Kosher. Mr. Kosuke Kuji @kosukekuji_nanbubijin recommends pairing it with oysters. He says that in making their sake, they put a lot of focus on food pairing. No wonder Singaporeans chose this because eating is our national hobby.
