Overall - Another canned 🍶 from Nihonsakari 日本盛. This time trying a Namagenshu Daiginjo. Nama 生酒meaning not pasteurized (normal 🍶are pasteurized twice) and Genshu 原酒meaning undiluted with no alcohol added. With an alcohol content of almost 19%, the smell of alcohol is quite evident when first brought to the nose. Paired it with home cooked budae jjigae (Korean Army Stew). The medium taste and umami add another level to the spiciness of the dish. The dry taste and medium length makes it a well balanced 🍶. Overall this is a good 🍶.
