Overall - Yuki no Bosha has curated a range of standard sakes with some seasonal sakes from time to time. This is a seasonal bottle of late autumn Shinshu by Yuki no Bosha. Shinshu also means that the sake is bottled and sold immediately after pressing without any kind of storage. This sake displays luscious aroma of 🍓. Smooth and light on the mouth with a slight grapefruit tartness aftertaste at the swallow.

This sake will make good combination with food that are simple and light without any heavy seasoning to nest enjoy the sweetness and delicacy of the sake. Food pairing should include fresh white fish sashimi, tofu soup, slice fish soup, lightly seared scallops or freshly shackled 🦪.

Overall, this is an excellent sake. 👏
