Overall - First time trying a bottle of Yuki no Bosha. Brewed with Yamadanishiki and full of fruity fragrance of 🍏 and lychee. This sake is light and sweet tasting on the tongue and with a slight tea leaf bitterness at the swallow.

This sake ought to be enjoyed chilled to taste the fruity aroma and the smoothness of it. Best to pair with light dishes of dashi tofu, salads, fresh sashimi to medium dishes of grilled vegetable or even garlic fried rice. As the sake is light and well balanced, it will enhance the freshness of the light dishes but at the same time bring another level of depth to the medium dishes due to the umami. This is also an easy to drink sake that can be enjoyed without any food pairing just like an after work drink.

Overall, this is a very good sake. 👌💋
