Notes - Another seasonal 🍶 brewed with 💯 Mie Prefecture 👑 of 🍶 🌾, Yamadanishiki. Aromatic and light on the mouth with lots of fruity fragrance. Medium acidity can be felt and finishing off with a short sharpness in the throat.

Food pairing was with freshly sliced sashimi in order to savor the delicate texture of the 🍶. The sweetness of the 🍶 also adds another level of sweetness to the sashimi, making you feel as if you are having sashimi that are freshly sliced by the chef in a Japanese restaurant and not those pack and go kind (unfortunately this was what I have gotten).

Overall, this is yet another excellent 🍶 from 作 Zaku. 😘😘😘
