Nose: Kiwi, walnut, lemon, mineral, waxy, hays, freshly cut grass, oolong tea and with a touch of banana and pineapple. (87/100)

Palate: Lemons and melons exploded once it touches your tongue, follow by that dominating grassy continued from the nosing, a bit chalky, paraffin, lime, camphor, citron. (87/100)

Finish: Long and consistent, lingering citrusy continue to shine through this fabulous distillate. (89/100)

Overall: Probably the top 5 characterful and idiosyncratic Clynelish I’ve ever come across. Too bad it’s only a 50cl bottle but a lovely wee bottle to finish on. (88/100)
