Nose: super intense sherry, coughed on my first 2 whiffs.

Palate: intense, hot, initial taste had more wood than fruit, made my tonsils constrict. Afterwards, powdered dark fruit, wood, still super super intense.

Finish: long, dark fruit intensive.

Perhaps its a new bottle, but the initial nosing was too sherry intense. Actually the whole bottle was way too intense. Sherry nuke. Reminds me of another Glenfarclas Pot Still Reserve I had... This bottle should come with a warning label.

Grade: A-
