I actually took this picture for the review I intended to post this week. The Lovely Assistant and I had planned on enjoying this bad boy at Christmas. But alas, life, work, and sinus infections conspired against us. Maybe we’ll ring in the New Year full Orkney style. I get that I could open this any night, anytime. But I want to really savor this when I pour it; you don’t get to open theses bottles all that often. And this one was one of my very original white whales I long coveted.
