Willett Family Estate Bourbon, 6 years, Barrel 064, 153/200, 60.9% abv.
Bonili Japan Export.
Nose: mellow honey.
Palate: intense honey and spice.
Finish: moderate, spicy, sweetness comes later.
A very good bourbon, great on the palate, not too sweet, but enough sweetness to let you know it's there. The WFE rye I just had prior definitely affected this WFE tasting, the spice was still there. Again, I know it's not the most descriptive of notes, but I was a bit distracted for this pour.
Grade: C+
