Gin

Singapore Distillery started making gins and liqueurs during the peak of the pandemic in 2020. Inspired by the plethora of local ingredients available in the wet markets of Singapore, the budding distillery wanted to showcase Asian flavours to the world. The gins vary from being a blend of many botanicals to a complex gin such as their Merlion Gin, or a gin that's very forward in a particular flavour and direction, like the Lime Garden gin utilitising various species of limes and lime leaves.
