This August we've curated a tasting built around producers who trust mineral over manipulation, who measure success in precision rather than power. Five growers, twenty wines, all bound by an unwavering commitment to letting the soil, the rock and the chalk do the talking.

What We’re Pouring

Twenty wines, five producers, from the chalky slopes of Champagne to the granite bedrock of Burgundy, the schiste ridges of Alsace, and the quartz-rich soils of Corsica and California. Each bottle tells the same quiet story: that the most compelling wines are made, not forced.
