#bowmore 1990/2007 from #scottsselection.

Nosing is a big smoke, love at first sight! Some lemon peel, fresh, then sponge cake and light peat behind. I'm quite ok with the nosing.

Palate is meaty yet sweet spices behind, balanced. Also hints of coastal.

Long finish with salty note.

Not bad👍🏼
