This #laphroaig 12yo vintage 1984 from #cadenhead is so surprising!!

Nosing is so ashy and quite overwhelming, but when you put it for a while more used leather, blue cheese (great description from @sneaknwhisk) is coming out, after that you can find some charred bacons there!

From the palate it's so powerful at first and you thought this should not be a 80s Laphroaig. Yet same as the nosing, this dram keep changing.

Subtle peat with sweetness, hints of passion fruits.

Just perfect, rich and complex❤️❤️
