Tried again😍

#laphroaig 25yo #caskstrength 2011 version 48.6%

Nosing is spiritual at first, quite hard. Putting a while you can nose some subtle peat, in a decent way. Then much fruitier, malty and some coffee note behind.

Palate is not bold, quite water like, bit dry and woody, dark chocolate at the back. Long and warm finish with signature iodine.

Not that sweet than I tried before, maybe different occasions? It's funny that to try same bottle in different time, in different conditions.

Not a big fan of laphroaig 25yo series, but this one is more than enough ☺️
