Finally I knew the reason why so many die-hard #macallan fans🥃

This 25yo #sherryoak is just perfect, great Sherry influence but not a monster.

So complex in the nosing, berries bloom, plum, some dried fruit, orange chocolate, espresso, hints of mint, lightly new wood, caramel and used leather at the back. With 💦, light honey note is coming out, hints of smoke? And maybe some stewed pear? A playful dram that you can experience the changes.

In the palate, full of warm spices, so warmmmmmm, some cinnamon and chocolate again, more and more orange peel.

Long long finish, fruitier like fig jam.
