Upfront espresso, brandy, prunes and some oolong tea, the peat and smoke is very subtle in the nosing.

In the palate, its more smoky notes and very nice peat, so balanced! Even a touch of plum??

Medium finish and warm.

Beautiful late 70s lagavulin.
