Nosing is nice balanced peat smoke, same as the tag line, smoked salmon!

Funny that make you hungry🐟🐠, salty, but when you put it for a while, some sweet note is coming out, like corn. With 💦more iodine.

Palate is bold, powerful, peat upfront with sweet spices. Then smoky, tropical fruits, it's passion fruit! With 💦more sweet and zesty.

Finish is long with the passion fruit.
