1. Caramel, fresh lemon, malty, smoked ham, hints of white pepper and grassy🍋🥓
2. Smooth, briny, malty, smoky, fresh lemon, light honey, white pepper, raisin, raw banana🌊🌾
3. Smoky, briny, raw banana, lemon, nectar🍌🌼

Rating💯: 89 (A)

Palate👅: Medium minor body, smooth, sulphury, light salty, nutty, ripe tropical fruit, smoky, oaky, grassy, white pepper🪨🪵

Finish: Medium, hints of tropical fruit, nectar, white pepper

整體感覺:
第一次飲sherry既Talisker(應該係)
聞香舒服 豐富 同時不失酒廠風格
雖有白胡椒卻不會過於辛辣
refill hogshead來說雪莉特性算重
酒體幼滑 不算太薄 硫味不重
細品之下五味雜陳 點到即止
算是很不錯的Whisky Fair Exclusive佳作
