이 맥주는 많이 재료를 있어요. 칵테일과 이탈리아 아페리티보 문화에서 영감을 받았어요. 재료는 계피(시나몬)와 정향(클로브)과 대황(루바브)과 향나무(쥬니퍼)와 딱총나무 꽃(엘더베리 꽃)과 포도와 하귤 껍질을 포함되어 있어요. 모든 재료를 다 맛보진 않았지만, 좋은 맥주를 만들기 위해 함께 섞였어요. 저는 탑동에서 이 맥주를 찼고 맥파이 포터도 마셨어요.
노트: 정향, 향나무 맛, 꽃맛, 허브, 그리고 차.

Made with a ton of adjuncts, this beer is inspired by a cocktail and Italian Aperitivo culture. It includes cinnamon, clove, rhubarb, juniper, elderflower, grapes, and Jeju orange peel. While I didn’t taste all of them, it did blend together to make a great beer. I picked this up at Tapdong and also enjoyed their classic porter.
Notes: clove, juniper, floral, herbal, and tea.
